Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refunds policy supplements our Terms of Service and is governed by Irish consumer law regarding distance selling.
1. Your Legal Rights
Under Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days of delivery.
This right does not apply once products have been opened—especially nicotine, caffeine, or herbal pouches—for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Hygiene & Opened Products

Nicotine, caffeine, and herbal pouches: Once the seal or lid is opened—even if the product remains unused—these cannot be returned.

Unopened tins/cans may be returned within 14 days for a full refund (product cost only), provided they remain sealed and undamaged.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Submissions after 7 days may not qualify.
4. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, your 14-day cancellation window begins.

Return the unopened product using a tracked service.

Keep proof of postage. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
6. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may be reduced for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item.
7. Shipping & Handling Fees

Only the cost of the product will be refunded.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
8. Exchanges & Replacements

Faulty or damaged items may be replaced with the same item.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be offered.
