5. Orders & Payment

We accept payment via secure checkout providers, including debit/credit card through our payment processor. Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or delivery limitations.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard tracked shipping within Ireland.

  • Free shipping on orders over €20.

  • Flat shipping fee of €5 for orders under €20.

  • Orders are typically dispatched Monday to Friday from our Drogheda location.
    Delays due to postal services are outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on consumable products once opened.
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us within 7 days at info@obvape.ie.
Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
