Pouchly.ie currently ships within the Republic of Ireland only.

We use An Post and DPD to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your order. 99% of parcels arrive next working day when ordered before our daily cut-off time. However, from time to time, slight delays may occur due to carrier volume or weather.

 Cut-Off Time

All orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:00 PM are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey and get updates directly from the courier.

 Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Usually next-day (Mon–Fri)

  • Delays: In rare cases, delays may occur — but rest assured, you’ll always have tracking access.

 Shipping Charges

  • €5 flat rate for orders under €20

  • Free shipping on all orders €20 and over
